Agnes Tachyon Discord Bot, website, and infrastructure usage rules.
Overview
These Terms apply to the Agnes Tachyon Discord Bot, the website, dashboards, and any related services or infrastructure operated by the project. By using any of these, you agree to follow these rules and Discord's platform policies.
1. Acceptance
By inviting and using the bot, you confirm that you are authorized to add it to the server and agree to these Terms.
Third-party ownership
Agnes Tachyon is a character from Uma Musume: Pretty Derby and is owned by Cygames, Inc. This is an independent fan project.
2. Permitted Use
Allowed
- Server moderation and utility
- Community features and games
- Music playback and requests
- Uma Musume themed content
Fair play
Competitive features are for legitimate participation only. Rankings and points have no real-world value.
3. Prohibited Use
- Automation, macros, or scripts to farm XP, points, or leaderboards
- Exploiting bugs, bypassing limits, or reverse engineering the bot or site
- Commercial use, reselling, or claiming affiliation without permission
- Adding or advertising the bot without server owner/admin consent
- Using multiple accounts to evade penalties or bans
4. Server Eligibility and Content Standards
The bot and website are not allowed in servers that host or promote high-risk, illegal, or harmful content. We may remove the bot at our discretion to protect users and infrastructure.
Strictly prohibited
- Illegal activity, piracy, fraud, or malware distribution
- Adult or NSFW sexual content or solicitation
- Gambling, bets, or betting promotions
- Hate, harassment, or extremist content
Disallowed contexts
- Doxxing, stalking, or targeted harassment
- Content that targets minors inappropriately
- Repeated or severe Discord policy violations
- Servers built primarily around rule-breaking
5. Intellectual Property
- Uma Musume: Pretty Derby and Agnes Tachyon are owned by Cygames, Inc.
- Bot code, branding, site content, and original assets are owned by the project
- Third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners
- No commercial use or redistribution without permission
6. Enforcement
Possible actions
- Warnings or temporary restrictions
- Resetting rankings or game progress
- Removing the bot from a server
- Permanent bans for severe abuse

- Contact support for appeals
- Provide context and evidence
- Demonstrate compliance commitment
- Review within 7 business days
7. Limitation of Liability
The project and services are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for:
- Damages or losses resulting from usage
- Data loss or corruption
- Service interruptions or downtime
- User-generated content or actions
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
